Excel workbook builder
Build a workbook, or add your own custom formula.
Generate a ready-to-use spreadsheet from a template, or define a reusable named formula (an Excel LAMBDA function) and add it to a workbook — all in your browser.
Need to fix a file you already have instead? Use the Excel repair tool →
Choose a template
Each one downloads as a real, ready-to-use .xlsx file with working formulas.
Add a custom formula
Define a reusable named formula using Excel's LAMBDA function, and add it to a workbook — start blank, or upload one you already have. Requires Excel 365 or newer to use once added.
Drop an existing .xlsx here (optional)
or click to browse — or skip this and start from a blank workbook below
Once added, use it in any cell like a normal function: =BillableTotal(B2, C2)
What's here
Templates and custom formulas today, macros next
Templates and custom formulas are both written directly into a real .xlsx file's structure, entirely in your browser. Custom VBA macros need a different, more complex approach and are next on the roadmap.
Budget Tracker
Category, Budgeted, and Actual columns with a live Difference formula per row and a totals row that sums each column.
Simple Invoice
Invoice number, date, and bill-to fields, a line-item table with a per-row Total formula, and a summed Total Due.
Contact List
Name, Email, Phone, Company, and Notes columns, styled and ready to fill in or paste data into.
Project Tracker
Task, Owner, Status, Due Date, and Priority columns — Status includes a working dropdown (In Progress / Done / Blocked) via data validation.
Custom named formulas (LAMBDA)
Define your own reusable function — like BillableTotal(rate, hours) — once, then call it from any cell like a built-in Excel function. No macros or VBA involved, just a modern Excel feature written directly into the file.
Custom VBA macros Planned
Attach your own VBA macro code to a workbook — for example, a one-click "refresh all data" macro, a custom report-formatting macro, or a simple automation button tied to a worksheet.
More templates Planned
Gantt-style project charts, inventory trackers, and invoices with built-in tax calculations.
Conditional formatting presets Planned
One-click presets — traffic-light status, overdue-date highlighting, above/below-average shading — added to a range you select.
Data validation dropdown builder Planned
Add a custom dropdown list to any range in a workbook you upload, without needing the Project Tracker template specifically.
